According to Thailand news a Ladyboy was arrested during Songkran 14 April for having a Bikini when she was out playing water festival also known as Thai New Year or Songkran. Normally in Pattaya the ladyboys have less than a bikini but this took place in Khon Khean and the Police are not used to Ladyboys in Bikini strutting around. See the full news on Thailand News.
