News Flash Prostitution Illegal in Thailand
This might come as a shock to many people but selling sex in Thailand is against the law and providing room for naughty business is also illegal. It is not illegal to buy sexual services but it is illegal to sell it and that off course will provide protection for the customers but make problem for the girls. Most tourist to the city of Pattaya cannot believe that the police can arrest girls and boys selling sex since the trade is ongoing 24/7 365 days a year.
Most of the crackdowns made when a bar does not pay the money for protection to the police or if someone pays the police to raid a certain place. This happen last week when the police raided one bar of all on Soi 6 the Mandarin Bar. The question most people ask themselves why only raid one bar when you have more than 20 others bars selling girls just next door?
